Episode 1: Incomplete Task Description & Incorrect Work Area
In this episode, I want to show you the importance of ensuring an accurate task description in the task chat and being familiar with our skill and work areas.

The episode is divided into seven sections where we look at a case that happened recently in the my-vpa community. First, I’ll describe what happened, then we’ll look at the causes of the error. In sections 4-6, I’ll give you 3 learnings to make sure you don’t make this mistake. To successfully conclude the episode, I ask you to answer a test question at the end.
