Will my clustomer be notified about chats via email?

Yes, when you send a chat message to a customer or colleague in my-vpa, the customer or colleague will be automatically informed about your chat message by email, if the chat message is not read within two hours. So if you have sent a chat message, you don’t need to send an additional email.
