What do I do when a customer needs an expert for a task?

Point out to the customer in the first step that we are assistance service providers and do not have experts with us. Some of our VPAs have prior knowledge in specialist areas such as design, sales or marketing, but still need to be guided by the client.

If a client wants an expert to provide advice, concept development, analysis, etc., then approach me. We then offer the client an external expert research, which you can do for them as a VPA. On our website you can find more information about expert research
