How do I take care of customers who need additional service?
Customers who need additional service have a time account of less than two hours and the time budget available is less than an hour. In this case, an automatic message is sent to the customer, informing him/her that his/her time account is almost exhausted. However, you can point this out to the customer yourself during a communication that you have with the customer anyway. Record in the notes when you have been in touch with the customer in this regard, or have planned to do so.
