How do I take care of active customers?

Active customers are those customers who currently have tasks for you.

• Stay in contact with these customers and try to secure regular tasks.
• If you take over an active customer from another VPA, please briefly introduce yourself to the customer and check what has been done in the past.
• If you do not reach the customer, record this in the notepad VPA customer file.
• Record everything important in the VPA Customer File notepad to create a customer history.
