How do I handle requests for new tasks/work areas from my customers?
We are happy when our customers are satisfied with our performance and want to outsource further activities to us! Surely you have already had one or the other customer request, such as “I need support in the area of FiBu preparation, can you do that too?” or “For my company I need a new logo, do you have assistants who are fit in the area of design?” Without concrete information from the customer, we cannot check whether we have a suitable assistant for the task in the VPA pool! Therefore, please ask your customers to create a task with a concrete job description in the app. You can then forward this to your Ops team for review. If we don’t have anyone suitable in the team, then of course our customers will not incur any costs. Budget that was reserved for the request will be automatically released in case of rejection.
