How do I build a customer base?
After your onboarding as a VPA, you will receive your own clients from us. We will assign these customers directly to you based on your profile and your schedule. In the “Customer Care” dashboard, you will find the customers for whom action is required or current tasks exist. Under “My customers” you can see all your customers.
YOU are the one to take care of these customers and gives his best to integrate them into the customer base. But you will not only work on individual tasks. What does this mean for customer care?
As a VPA, you are the first contact person and thus the officially responsible account manager for the customers assigned to you. You take care of their tasks, questions and problems. Take active and ongoing steps to ensure that customers are satisfied and post new tasks on a regular basis. You also take care of tasks that are done by VPA colleagues for your customers. If you don’t hear from your customer for more than 4 weeks, ask how he/she is and if you can be of assistance.
Use our tips to build up your customer base and try to expand your tasks and thus secure a long-term cooperation. Of course we are at your disposal for any questions. Record all important information about the customer in the notepad VPA customer file, including whether you reached or did not reach the customer during contact attempts. This information is important for us – if you get stuck, we may try to contact the customer again. In addition, your maintenance of the customer file makes it easier for us to see that your customer care is going well and that we can entrust you with additional new customers.
