How do I address customers
When registering, customers can specify in their profile how they would like to be addressed. Please always follow the customer’s wishes and use his/ her first name if he/she wants to be addressed in this way. In the customer’s profile you can see the corresponding information and also change the setting, should you change from addressing the customer more formally to being on first-name terms with him/her (My customers / Customer’s business card / Personal profile).
Automatic chat messages always follow this setting. Therefore, maintain them and always make sure that you address your customer correctly, so that there will be no irritations in your communication.
