Sales (1.8 times the hourly rate)

If you bought a 100 hour package from us and your assistant needed 1 hour for the task, you pay for this task 35,82 €. This is calculated as follows:

  • Task example: “Call potential customers.”
  • Hourly rate of a package of 100h = 19,90 €
  • Duration of the sales task in hours: 1
  • Sales tasks fall within the task area of “Sales” and are charged at 1.8 times the hourly rate: 19,90 x 1 x 1.8 = 35,82 € (plus VAT)

Design (double the hourly rate)

If you bought a 100 hour package from us and your assistant needed 1 hour for the task, you pay for this task 39,80 €. This is calculated as follows:

  • Hourly rate of a package of 100h = 19,90 €
  • Duration of the design task in hours: 1
  • Design tasks fall under the “Design” task area and are billed at twice the hourly rate: 19,90 x 1 x 2 = 39,80 € (plus VAT)

Executive VPA (double the hourly rate)

If you have purchased a 100 hour package from us and the task took your Executive Assistant 1 hour, you will pay for this task 39,80 €. This is calculated as follows:

  • Task example: “Prepare the presentation for the board meeting”.
  • Hourly rate of a package of 100h = 19,90 €
  • Duration of the research task in hours: 1
  • Executive VPA tasks and are billed at double the hourly rate: 18,90 x 1 x 2 = 39,80€ (plus VAT).

Rates for task categories

The hourly rate is based on the competence required to handle tasks in the individual assistance areas of secretarial, back office, marketing, sales and design. For secretarial and back-office assistance tasks, the single hourly rate applies; for marketing tasks, 1.3 times the hourly rate; for sales tasks, 1.8 times the hourly rate; and for design and executive assistance tasks, double the hourly rate. Below you can still find corresponding sample calculations per work area.

Prices and payment

All hourly package prices quoted are net, plus official VAT. After free registration, you can conveniently pay for any hourly package in the my-vpa app by prepayment (bank transfer), giropay, Applepay or credit card. When booking the trial package, you also have the option to pay with PayPal.

Security

In performing our assistance services, we are committed to the highest level of privacy, confidentiality and secrecy. All assistants and employees receive quarterly training for this purpose. Added to this is an IT infrastructure that guarantees data security at the highest level. Upon registration, you will be given insight into all relevant data protection documents in accordance with the GDPR in order to confirm them. After registration, you will find all privacy documents under “My account > Privacy”.

Copyright

All copyrights, rights of use or other industrial property rights acquired in the course of the task processing are automatically transferred to you in accordance with our GTC. So what your assistant works out for you is yours.

Time tracking

All assistance services provided are billed in five-minute increments per task per day.

Add-ons

We offer various add-ons to our assistance services, which you can optionally add to any task. For example, you can add a telephone system or team management to a back-office task. All add-ons will be billed through your booked hourly package after your prior approval. The available add-ons can be found on the individual service pages, for example Backoffice (The add-ons can be found on the right side of the page).

Weekends and public holidays

If you would like assistance work to be performed on the weekend or a federal holiday, 1.7 times the hourly rate will apply upon your prior approval.

Period of validity

All hour packages are valid for two years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining credit will automatically expire.
