When will I receive my VPA after booking?

When you have booked your first package with us and posted a corresponding task, we will carry out the matching procedure based on the information you have provided. We aim for a long-term cooperation between you and your VPA, therefore the initial assignment can take up to one week after booking and delegating your first task. For this reason, please select a deadline of at least one week for your initial assignments. Short-term tasks are only possible after assignment directly with your VPA. After we have found a suitable VPA for you, he/she will introduce him/herself personally to you and you can make an appointment to get to know him/her. After that, the VPA can start with your first tasks and the cooperation begins.
