How is the quality of work of my VPA checked?

Over the years, we have built up a strong quality management system. All virtual assistants go through a selection and training phase. In addition, all assistants are continuously monitored and coached by a team leader.
In the my-vpa app, you therefore have the option to rate each task. The team leader uses the ratings for feedback to his VPAs. And if you are not satisfied at some point you always have the possibility to complain about the task, contact the team leader directly in your my-vpa account and discuss the results with your VPA. If you do not reach a solution with your VPA, your account manager will act as a mediator to find an adequate solution.
