Do I have to do anything else once I have booked a package?

Yes, to let us know when you are ready to start please post your first order. We will then check your task at short notice and get back to you in the task chat if we have any queries. As we aim for a long-term cooperation between you and your VPA, the initial assignment will take some time. We will then assign your VPA usually within a week.

In the meantime, I recommend that you study our starter kit as a preparation for working with your VPA. Here we have summarized all the important information you need to know about working with your VPA. You find the document on the left side of this page under the point “Help” or in the email “Your my-vpa starter kit”, which you received when you registered.

Once we have found and assigned a suitable VPA for you, you’re ready to go! The VPA will introduce himself/herself to you straight away and coordinate a first meeting 🙂
