Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Am I liable for what a VPA does on my behalf?
Inhaltsverzeichnis
Yes. Since we have no influence on the tasks you delegate, your VPA always acts on your behalf and with legal effect for and against you. This means that should you assign your VPA to perform a task that violates applicable legislation, you will be liable for any resulting damages as if you were performing the task yourself. In the event of damage, we therefore reject any third-party claims and forward them to the party responsible. Please also read our general terms and conditions.
