Can the communication with my customer be viewed?
my-vpa takes care that you are supported in case of illness and absence and that you do not lose your customers. In order to be able to react in time, it is possible for us to retrieve the communication and thus also agreements on tasks – between you and your customer. In addition, the operations team can also intervene helpfully if you have overlooked something and remind you of it.
