How much time capacity should I budget for working in the my-vpa community?

my-vpa attaches great importance to working with you on a regular and long-term basis! The goal is for you to build up your own customer base that you can manage independently. We know from experience that we can only reach this goal through continuity. Therefore, we would like you to work at least 10 hours per week for us/our customers. More would be nice of course 😊 The minimum number of hours should not be a problem, since you indicated at least a 15h/week capacity when you applied.

If it becomes apparent that you can not guarantee the 10h /week once or in the long term, then please contact me directly and actively. Together we will surely find a solution that is satisfactory for all parties. Do your capacities per week vary significantly?

Then also feel free to contact me. We are happy to cover your minimum hours by assigning you your own customers. To fill additional short-term free capacity on your part, we can always look for individual assignments that you can complete independently of taking on a customer. This way we want to avoid frequent VPA changes for customers and a loss of trust. But at the same time, give you the opportunity to reach your hourly goal. So please keep me and the whole Ops team always informed about your time planning.
